What it does
Combine any number of PDFs and images into one document, pull pages out, drag them into a new order, fix sideways scans, delete the blank ones, or burst a file into single-page PDFs. Pages can also be saved as PNG images.
Why it is private
There is no server involved. Your files are read, edited and written entirely by your own browser using PDFLib and PDF.js, so nothing is uploaded, queued, logged or deleted-in-30-days. Close the tab and it is gone.
Tips
Drag any page to move it. Shift-click to select a run of pages. Type something like 1-4,9 in the range box to grab exact pages. Selections drive every button on the toolbar.
